FETUS NOT A PERSON UNTIL GRADUATION
By Stockton
In a controversial decision, the Supreme Court of the United States has ruled that a fetus is a fetus until it graduates from college and is gainfully employed.
Writing for the majority, Associate Justice David Souter wrote, "For those living with teenagers, the conclusion that they are not human beings is not a difficult one to reach. We therefore hold that the state has no overriding interest in restricting abortion until the fetus has graduated from college and obtained full-time, gainful employment, allowing it to exist outside the womb without life sustaining measures."
Parents hailed the decision.
"I thought I'd have to support them forever," said Michael Bass, father of four. "Now, me and the wife will be having a serious discussion tonight about which bedroom will be my study."
Even many conservatives begrudgingly approve of the Court's ruling. "We have a sixteen-year old fetus," said Minnie Birmingham, 42 of Albany, Georgia. "It lies on the couch all day, doesn't shower and doesn't have a summer job. You can't exactly call it a human being."

Human Being or 192 month-old fetus?
Officials across the country expect school attendance to be down when classes resume in September.
