IN MOMENT OF CONFUSION, SENATE PASSES ANTI-GAY BURNING AMENDMENT
By Stockton

Debating weighty matters such as Anti-Flag Burning Amendments and Anti-Ass Fucking Amendments can sometimes lead to confusion as the Senate found out late last night.

A confused Rick Santorum (R-PA) accidently introduced an Amendment that would ban the intentional ignition of homosexuals. The Amendment passed with 75 votes out of 100. Santorum immediately sought to rescind his amendment, stating, "It was not my intention to seek to Amend the Constitution when it comes to intentional setting gays on fire. That is a state issue and the Constitution does not even mention burning gays."

President Bush concurred with Senator Santorum, stating that the principles of Federalism would dictate that such matters be left to the individual states.

When word reached the gay community, there was an initial celebration.

But, word soon spread that the Amendment had been rescinded and the gerbals were put away.
