MCCAIN TURNED BUSH DOWN

Most believe this refers to the office of the Vice-Presidency, but we here at LB in '04 aren't too sure. Sources close to Senator McCain tell us that the Arizona Senator was actually turning down this offer:
Is the hostility shown Senator McCain by the Bush camp actually unfulfilled sexual tension? The White House has not confirmed or denied these allegations.
