WHY DO THE ILLINOIS REPUBLICANS HATE FEDERALISM?
By Stockton
With a seeming flip of the coin, the Illinois Republican Party has imported Senate Candidate Alan Keyes, from Maryland. Keyes, an articulate spokesman for the radical right, values the concept of Federalism:
Mr. Keyes exhibits a fundamental ignorance of the Constitution and the Senate. According to our sources*, to be a Senator, one must be thirty-five years old, a citizen of the United States for nine years, and inhabit the state from which he/she is chosen.
Mrs. Clinton met those requirements and as soon as Mr. Keyes inhabits Illinois, he will meet those requirements. So, Mr. Keyes, go and inhabit Illinois and keep Federalism strong.
* United States Constitution, Article I, Section 3, paragraph 3. You can look it up!

"I deeply resent the destruction of federalism represented by Hillary Clinton's willingness go into a state she doesn't even live in and pretend to represent people there, so I certainly wouldn't imitate it." Alan Keyes - Defender of the Federalism
