The Bush-Cheney Campaign has implemented a new press-credential program, requesting information on the race of photographers who may photograph Vice-President Cheney.
"This is standard operating procedure," said Cheney Spokesman Jim Himmler. "We like to know a lot about our friends in the media; race, gender, ancestry, favorite color. It helps us pick out birthday presents for the media members following the campaign."
